DO10I / SITE OPERATIONS / PRIVACY INFORMATION

Privacy & correspondence.

A static publication with a direct enquiry form. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Browsing the site

Fonts and graphics are served with the site. Pages do not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or browser storage. Standard web-server logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and browser details for operation and troubleshooting.

Professional enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email, optional organisation, enquiry type and message. These are used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Do not include credentials, sensitive personal information or unpublished exploit details.

Enquiries are stored on the DO10I hosting server, outside the publicly served directories. Access is restricted. No third-party form or marketing service receives your submission.

Retention and abuse prevention

Initial form submissions are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. If correspondence develops into an engagement, any further record-keeping arrangements will be agreed separately. The form uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers for rate limiting; these expire after 24 hours and are removed by daily cleanup.

Your information

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry you submitted. Include the email address used for the original message so the request can be verified.

This page describes the current implementation. Formal engagement terms and a reviewed legal privacy notice remain separate from this operational information.
